Within the UK (excluding Channel Islands)

Standard Deliveries

As a thank you for your business, we offer standard P&P for free.

At Patra, we work incredibly hard to ensure your order reaches you within 7 working days or up to 14 days during busy times.

If in the highly unlikely event that you do not receive your order, please contact us as claims for non-receipt cannot be entertained after 21 days.

Express Deliveries

For online or phone credit or debit card orders, we offer Express Delivery option. For a small extra charge, orders received by 2pm, on a working day are despatched same day to reach you within 48 hours (2 working days). Charges are calculated for you at checkout depending on the value of your order.

Worldwide Deliveries

We offer worldwide delivery. Charges are calculated for you at checkout and depend on the value, weight and destination of your order. Worldwide deliveries may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility when they apply. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and we cannot be responsible for them.

Returns

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, but if not, simply return the item unworn and in its original packaging within 30 days for a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are returning your whole order, we ask you to include any additional items or gifts, which may have been included with that order.

We do not operate a free returns policy. When returning goods, please obtain your own receipt of posting certificate, recorded or registered as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Replacements

If you return an item for an exchange, your replacement will be despatched as soon as possible, usually within 7 working days. We ask you to return the item, unworn within 30 days for a replacement and obtain the appropriate receipt of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

If you require items of a higher value, please enclose the difference in payment. If you require items of a lower value, the difference in value will be refunded to you the same way you originally paid for your order.

If you paid by credit or debit card, the item will first be refunded to your account and then you will be re-charged the value of the replacement.

If we are unable to replace the item, we will of course give you back the full purchase price.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). We ask you to return the item, unworn, within 30 days and obtain the appropriate receipt of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

If you originally paid for your order by credit or debit card, a refund will be refunded to your card account without further notification to you and will appear on your card statement. If you originally paid by cheque then a cheque refund will be sent to you.

Cancellations

If you change your mind once you have ordered you may cancel in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000:

  1. If your entire order is not dispatched, you will not have been charged and we will cancel your order at once.
  2. If your order is in the process of being fulfilled but not yet despatched, you may cancel within 7 working days from the day you placed the order. When we receive the order back, we will refund you in full. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). We ask you to return the item(s), unworn, within 30 days and obtain the appropriate receipt of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
